What We Do.
The Wandering Crowd is the Quad Cities dry hire beverage caterer specializing in creating unique bar experiences. Our mission is to add a personalized, safe, and worry-free bar experience at your special event. We do this by providing exceptional service, handling all the bar planning and bar setup, and adding a whole lot of passion for creating unique experiences and drinks. We aim to add an unforgettable touch to your special day.

All packages are all-inclusive and include:

- 2 Trained & licensed BASSET/I-PACT bar staff
- Set up and clean up

- Select staging/select decor

Bartender Hire
Bartending service only.
Minimum of 3 hours.
Includes 2 licensed and trained bartenders.

- Travel Fee if more than 50 miles from 61265. $2.50 per mile.
- Generator fee of $75- if venue cannot provide electricity
- Mimosa bar, cocoa bar, and many more options are also available.
PLEASE NOTE: Per Illinois and Iowa liquor laws pricing does NOT include the cost of alcohol as we are a dry hire beverage caterer. Don’t worry, we will provide you with an alcohol estimate and a shopping list!
